R L Johnson Construction Services, LLC is a design/build electrical contracting firm that works within the Residential and Light Commercial construction space providing complete electrical installations. Established in 1970, R L Johnson Construction Services, LLC (RLJCSLLC) has over 29 years experience of serving builders and developers providing complete electrical installation and maintenance services. Starting with the acquisition of Bennett Electric Service of Oakeana, Ohio, in 1970, RLJCSLLC has continued to grow with the purchase in 1998 of Pitzenbarger Electric of Piqua, Ohio and in 2000, the electrical assets of Current Insulation and Electric.

R L Johnson Constructions Services, LLC works closely with Developers, Architects, Builders and end user clients to develop detailed specifications, line drawings and detailed construction documents outlining each area of the electrical installation process.

Specifically in the residential market, RLJCSLLC specializes in the 50+ Adult Housing and custom market, providing Aging in Place services such as lighting design, control, and product specific solutions designed for the 50+ Adult market.

In the light commercial market, RLJCSLLC works with banking, medical services and retail clients and developers in providing power solutions for the trade specific installations. RLJCSLLC provides design in place, design/build and design consultation services to complete projects within client expectations, on time and on budget.

In early 2008, to continue the emphasis on providing exemplary service to it’s client base, a second division, Elite Systems Solutions (www.EliteSystemsSolutions.com) an Electronic Systems Contractor specializing in all aspects of low voltage installations, was added.

Our President/CEO, R L Johnson, is very active within the local and national building community. Mr. Johnson is a nationally known speaker and industry contributor, providing articles in trade publications, serving as Subject Matter Expert in developing educational courses and an educational resource. Mr. Johnson is currently serving on the Board of the West Central Buckeye Builders Association, and has served in the past as President in 2001, 2002, and 2005. He is also a member of OHBA’s 50+ Housing Council. Mr. Johnson is the President of the Waynesfield-Goshen Community Improvement Corporation and is a member of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors. Mr. Johnson carries a Master Electrician Certificate and a Journeyman Certification in various local jurisdictions.
